摘　　要：石油化工行业是国家能源供给的重中之重,其生产工艺系统常涉及易燃易爆介质,随着科技的发展,石油化工行业的智能化、自动化程序日益增加。其中关断阀为紧急关断系统重要执行部件,为保证可靠性和安全性,未设计旁通维修回路,但在紧急情况下保证关断阀能够及时关闭尤为重要。据此,本文以石油化工行业为基础,介绍一款增加辅助关闭功能的关断阀,提高关断阀的可靠性,达到本质安全。The petrochemical industry is the top priority of the national energy supply. Its production process system often involves flammable and explosive media. With the development of science and technology, the intelligent and automatic programs in the petrochemical industry are increasing. The shut-off valve is an important executive component of the emergency shut-off system. In order to ensure reliability and safety, no bypass maintenance circuit is designed, but it is particularly important to ensure that the shut-off valve can be closed in time in an emergency. Therefore, based on the petrochemical industry, the paper introduces a shut-off valve with auxiliary closing function to improve the reliability of the shut-off valve and achieve intrinsic safety.
