关于0.01级气体活塞式压力计有效面积测量结果不确定度的分析

摘　　要：本文主要根据JJG 1086-2013《气体活塞式压力计》国家检定规程,用0.005级气体活塞式压力计对0.01级气体活塞压力计的活塞有效面积测量过程中的影响因素进行论证,并对测量结果不确定度进行计算分析,综合各个因素对测量结果的影响,最终推导出影响气体活塞压力计活塞有效面积测量结果扩展不确定度的每个分量引入的不确定度,得到0.01级气体活塞式压力计有效面积的测量结果不确定度。According to the national verification regulation of JJG 1086-2013 Pneumatic Piston Gauge, the paper demonstrates the influencing factors in the measurement of piston effective area of 0.01 Pneumatic Piston Gauge with 0.005 Pneumatic Piston Gauge, calculates and analyzes the uncertainty of measurement results, and integrates the influence of various factors on measurement results. Finally, the uncertainty introduced by each component affecting the expanded uncertainty of the measurement result of the effective area of the gas piston manometer is derived, and the uncertainty of the measurement result of the effective area of the 0.01 Pneumatic Piston Gauge manometer is obtained.
