摘　　要：目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者不同治疗节点心理压力,为临床实施心理护理和健康教育提供参考。方法采用目的抽样法,分别选取初诊建档、促排卵、取卵及胚胎移植四个节点的患者,依据半结构式题纲进行质性访谈,以Colaizzi 7步法分析资料,提炼主题。结果初诊建档节点:复杂情感交织,污名化,经济压力;促排卵节点:孤独感,忧虑卵泡长势,自我发展受限;取卵节点:"零"卵无助感,低支持度;胚胎移植节点:臆想助孕失败,治疗与工作生活冲突,认知度高与误区并存。结论IVF-ET助孕患者不同治疗节点心理压力源不同,医护人员应针对患者不同治疗节点的感受,提供针对性心理支持,以缓解其心理压力,改善助孕结局。Objective To explore the psychological stress of patients with in vitro ferilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)at different treatnent points,so as to provide reference for clinical psychological nursing and health education.Methods A purposive sampling method was used to select patients with four nodes including information registration,controlling ovulation hyperstimulation,oocyte collection and embryo transfer.Qualitative interviews were conducted according to semi-structured questions.Colaizzi 7-step method was used to analyze data and extract themes.Results Newly diagnosed file nodes:complex emotions,stigma,economic pressure.Egg Stimulation stage:loneliness,anxiety about follicular growth,self-development limitation.Oocyte collection stage:helplessness,helpless feeling for having no eggs.Transplantation stage:failure of imaginary pregnancy aid,conflict between treatment and work and life,high awareness and misunderstanding coexist.Conclusions IVF-ET patients have different psychological stressors at different nodes,medical staff should provide targeted psychological support according to the patient's feelings at different treatment nodes,in order to alleviate their psychological pressure and improve the outcome.
