摘　　要：俱乐部要实现高质量发展,需改变过去那种效仿西方逻辑、利润至上的狭隘利益观,坚持从增进社会福利出发,积极落实社会责任,建立与人民高质量生活需要紧密结合的利益共享框架。采用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,基于社会责任视角,构建我国职业体育俱乐部利益共享框架,提出俱乐部利益共享的推进路径。研究认为:利益基础、利益保障、本原利益和社会利益共同构成了我国职业体育俱乐部利益共享框架。俱乐部服务国家政治利益是其履行社会责任的核心体现,属于利益基础;维护职业体育竞赛市场秩序是俱乐部的利益保障;回归本原,助推竞赛表演产业发展是俱乐部的重要使命;提供多元化的体育公共服务是俱乐部社会利益的直接体现。在此框架下,以实现利益共享最大化为目标,提出我国职业体育俱乐部利益共享推进路径。In order to achieve high-quality development, the club needs to change the past narrow interest view of following the western logic and putting profit first.Moreover, clubs should insist on promoting social welfare, implementing social responsibility actively, and constructing a new benefit sharing framework closely combined with the needs of people’s high-quality life.By using the methods of literature review, expert interview, logical analysis etc.,based on the perspective of social responsibility, this paper constructs a benefit sharing framework for professional sports clubs in China, and proposes the promotion paths of club benefit sharing.It argues that interest basis, interest guarantee, original interest and social interest together constitute the benefit sharing framework of professional sports clubs in China.The club’s service of the national political interest is the core embodiment of its social responsibility and belongs to the interest basis.Maintaining the market order of professional sports competition is the benefit guarantee of clubs.Returning to the original and boosting the development of competition performance industry is an important mission of clubs.Providing diversified sports public service is the direct embodiment of club’s social interest.Under this framework, in order to achieve the maximization of benefit sharing, the study puts forward the promotion paths of benefit sharing of professional sports clubs in China.
