近代东北地区体育发展的历史考证:镜像、影响与启示

摘　　要：为充分挖掘近代东北地区体育作为区域文化软实力所发挥的积极作用,推进东北地区体育高质量发展,本研究运用文献资料和访谈等研究方法,借助相关档案、地方志书、近代报刊等资料,考证1911—1931年近代东北地区体育发展的镜像,总结近代东北地区体育发展的历史影响。研究认为:体育教育、大众体育、竞技运动沿着清晰的脉络逐渐发展,系统内部统筹协调稳步推进;系统外部彼此交叉支撑,共同实现东北地区体育近代化进程。近代东北地区体育发展的启示:开展高质量体育教育需要依靠学校体育体系的不断完善;举办高水平体育赛事有力彰显城市体育发展新形象;同步规划城市建设与体育用地进一步拓展体育设施新领地;利用自然资源禀赋优势加快促进冰雪特色项目巩固发展。In order to fully tap the positive role played by modern sports in Northeast China as a regional cultural soft power, and promote the high-quality development of sports in Northeast China, this paper uses the research methods of literature, interview and so on, through the excavation of relevant archives, local chronicles, modern newspapers and other materials to historically research the mirror image of the development of modern sports in Northeast China from 1911 to 1931,and summarizes the historical influence of the development of modern sports in Northeast China.The research shows that physical education, mass sports and competitive sports develop gradually along a clear vein, and the internal coordination of the system advances steadily;the exterior of the system supports each other and completes the modernization process of northeast sports together.The enlightenment of sports development in modern Northeast China: developing high-quality physical education should depend on the continuous improvement of school physical education system;holding high-level sports events can effectively highlight the new image of urban sports development;simultaneously planning urban construction and sports land can further expand new territory of sports facilities;using the advantages of natural resources can accele-rate the consolidation and development of snow and ice characteristic projects.
