摘 要:综述了异丁烯(i-C4)/叔丁醇(TBA)法合成甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的方法,对比了i-C4/TBA氧化三步法、i-C4/TBA氧化两步法和TBA氨氧化法合成MMA的技术路线、催化剂和反应器的研究进展。对Mo-Bi催化i-C4/TBA制甲基丙烯醛(MAL),Mo-V-P催化MAL制甲基丙烯酸,Pd-Pb/Au-NiOx催化酯化MAL制MMA和固定床催化氧化反应器的研究进展进行了阐述,并对i-C4/TBA氧化两步法生产MMA的国产化前景提出展望。The synthesis methods of methyl methacrylate(MMA)by isobutene(i-C4)/tert-butyl alcohol method were reviewed.The technical routes,catalysts and reactors of MMA synthesis by i-C4/TBA oxidation three-step method,i-C4/TBA oxidation two-step method and TBA ammonia oxidation method were compared.The research progress of Mo-Bi catalyzed i-C4/TBA to methylacrolein(MAL),Mo-V-P catalyzed MAL to methacrylic acid,Pd-Pb/Au-NiOx catalyzed esterification of MAL to MMA and fixed bed catalytic oxidation reactor were described,and the prospect of MMA production by i-C4/TBA oxidation two-step process was put forward.
