摘 要:H_(2)S是一种剧毒且有腐蚀性的恶臭气体,在天然气净化过程中,一般采用醇胺化学吸收法进行脱除,但净化后仍含有微量的H_(2)S,且对吸附剂造成腐蚀和毒害,因此需深度脱除H_(2)S。深度脱除H_(2)S的主要方法是吸附法,其中吸附剂是关键,目前用于深度脱除H_(2)S的吸附剂主要包括分子筛、金属氧化物、金属有机框架材料和碳基吸附剂等。综述了近年来用于吸附气体中H_(2)S吸附剂的研究进展,总结了吸附剂脱除H_(2)S的吸附机理,介绍了吸附脱除H_(2)S技术在天然气脱硫领域的应用情况,提出了H_(2)S吸附剂未来发展的趋势。H_(2)S is a highly toxic and corrosive odorous gas.In the natural gas purification process,H_(2)S is generally removed by chemical absorption with alcohol amine,but there is still a small amount of H_(2)S in the purified natural gas,which causes corrosion and toxicity to adsorbent.Therefore,H_(2)S should be deeply removed.The main method for deep removal of H_(2)S is the adsorption method,and the adsorbent is the key in the adsorption method.Adsorbents currently used for deep removal of H_(2)S mainly include molecular sieves,metal oxides,metal organic framework materials and carbonbased adsorbents.The research progress of adsorbents for adsorbing H_(2)S from gas in recent years is reviewed,and the adsorption mechanisms are summarized.In addition,the application of adsorption technology for H_(2)S removal in the field of natural gas desulfurization is introduced,and the trend of future development of H_(2)S adsorbent is proposed.
