摘　　要：“全力推进平安中国、法治中国、过硬队伍建设”,是习近平总书记对政法工作提出的要求。公安机关是国家重要行政执法和刑事司法力量,法治公安建设是法治中国建设的重要组成部分。公安法制部门在法治公安建设和执法规范化建设中肩负着组织规划、协调推动、监督管理、服务保障重要职责,法制系统各岗位的领导干部能不能适应深化全面依法治国实践新形势,充分发挥“关键少数”作用,以“关键少数”带动“绝大多数”,直接关系到首都法治公安建设各项部署要求、机制举措能否精准落地、有效实施、取得实效。President Xi gives the requirements for the work of political and legal that make every effort to promote the construction of a safe China,a rule of law China and a competent team.Public security organs are important administrative law enforcement and criminal judicial forces of the country,and the construction of public security under the rule of law is an important part of the construction of China under the rule of law.The legal department of public security has an important responsibility for organizing planning,coordinating and promoting,supervising and managing,and providing services in the construction of the rule of law public security and the standardization of law enforcement.Whether the leading cadres of all posts in the legal system can adapt to the new situation of deepening the practice of comprehensive rule of law,give full play to the role of the"key minority",and drive the"vast majority"with the"key minority",is directly related to the deployment requirements of the construction of the rule of law public security in the capital The mechanism measures were implemented accurately and effectively.
