64排螺旋CT对原发性腹膜后占位性病变的诊断准确性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析64排螺旋CT对原发性腹膜后占位性病变诊断的准确性.方法:选取西华第一医院2018年3月至2021年3月收治的58例原发性腹膜后占位性病变患者,将影像学检查结果与病理检查结果比对,分析计算64排螺旋CT的疾病诊断准确度.结果:58例原发性腹膜后占位性病变的病理检查诊断结果为良性24例,恶性34例;64排螺旋CT的总诊断准确度为91.37%,与病理检查结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).CT平扫显示不同类型原发性腹膜后占位性病变有不同影像学特征.结论:64排螺旋CT检查对原发性腹膜后占位性病变有独特的诊断价值,为疾病定性、定位提供影像学参考.Objective:To analyze the diagnostic accuracy of 58 cases of primary retroperitoneal space-occupying lesions with 64-slice spiral CT.Methods:Fifty-eight patients with primary retroperitoneal space-occupying lesions admitted to Xihua First Hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,the imaging examination data of the patients were collected,and the 64-slice spiral CT images of 58 cases of primary retroperitoneal space-occupying lesions were analyzed,and the disease diagnosis accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT was calculated based on the pathological results.Results:Pathological examination diagnosed 24 benign cases and 34 malignant cases.Compared with the pathological results,the total diagnostic accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT in 58 cases of primary retroperitoneal space-occupying lesions was 91.37%,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).CT plain scan showed that different types of primary retroperitoneal space occupying lesions had dfferent imaging characteristics.Conclusion:64-slice spiral CT has unique diagnostic value for primary retroperitoneal space-occupying lesions,and provides imaging reference for disease characterization and localization.
