双唑泰阴道凝胶联合甲硝唑在细菌性阴道炎治疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨联合使用双唑泰阴道凝胶和甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道炎患者的效果.方法:选择本院2019年8月至2021年3月收治的细菌性阴道炎患者92例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各46例.观察组采用双唑泰阴道凝胶联合甲硝唑治疗,对照组采用甲硝唑治疗.两组均持续治疗1周,并进行为期3个月的随访.对比两组临床症状缓解时间;于治疗前和治疗1周时,比较两组阴道灌洗液炎症因子水平[白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α];于治疗前、治疗1周、随访3个月时,比较两组阴道pH值;记录随访期间复发情况.结果:观察组白带减少时间以及黏膜出血消失、外阴瘙痒、外阴阴道疼痛消失时间均较对照组更短(P<0.05);治疗1周,两组阴道灌洗液IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗1周、随访3个月时的阴道pH值均较治疗前降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组复发率(4.35%,2/46)低于对照组(19.57%,9/46)(P<0.05).结论:双唑泰阴道凝胶联合甲硝唑在细菌性阴道炎治疗中的效果较好,能缓解炎症反应,改善阴道pH值,且复发率较低.Objective:To investigate the efficacy of metronidazole,clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate vagina gel combined with metronidazole in the treatment of patients with bacterial vaginitis.Methods:Ninety-two patients with bacterial vaginitis who were treated in the hospital from August 2019 to March 2021 were selected.The random number table method was used,they were divided into observation group and control group,and 46 cases in each group.The observation group were given metronidazole,clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate vagina gel combined with metronidazole,and the control group were given metronidazole.Both groups were treated for 1 week and followed up for 3 months.The relief time of clinical symptoms was compared in both groups;the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αin vaginal lavage fluid were compared between the two groups before treatment and 1 week after treatment;the vaginal pH values of the two groups were compared before treatment,1 week of treatment and 3 months of follow-up,and the recurrence during follow-up was recorded.Results:The time of leucorrhea reduction,mucosal bleeding disappearance,vulvar pruritus and vulvovaginal pain in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with those before treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin vaginal lavage fluid in the two groups were lower after 1 week of treatment,the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);The vaginal pH values of both groups at 1 week of treatment and 3 months of follow-up were lower than these before the treatment,the observation group were lower than that of control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower 9.57%(9/46)vs 4.35%(2/46)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of metronidazole,clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate vagina gel combined with metronidazole in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis is good,which can shorten the time of symptom relief,reduce the rea
