左氧氟沙星分散片与阿奇霉素片联合应用对宫颈炎患者疗效及炎症指标水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察左氧氟沙星分散片与阿奇霉素片联合应用对宫颈炎患者的疗效及炎症指标水平的影响.方法:回顾性分析2020年1月至2022年5月间,于福建省立医院就诊的205例宫颈炎患者.根据治疗方式将其分为研究组(n=103,采取左氧氟沙星分散片联合阿奇霉素片治疗)和对照组(n=102,采取阿奇霉素片治疗).比较两组的临床疗效,血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)-6等炎性因子指标及不良反应发生率.结果:研究组治疗总有效率为93.20%(96/103),明显高于对照组的76.47%(78/102)(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血清炎性因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清炎性因子水平均低于治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为7.76%(8/103),与对照组的6.86%(7/102)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:左氧氟沙星分散片联合阿奇霉素片治疗宫颈炎能改善炎性因子水平,提高临床疗效,具有较好的安全性.Objective:To observe the influence on curative effect and inflammatory factor levels of levofloxacin dispersible tablets and azithromycin tablets combined in the treatment of patients with cervicitis.Methods:The data of 205 patients with cervicitis who were treated in Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into the study group(n=103,treated with levofloxacin dispersible tablets combined with azithromycin tablets)and the control group(n=102,treated with azithromycin tablets).The clinical efficacy,serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,C-reaction protein(CRP),interleukin(IL)-6 level in inflammatory factors,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.20%(96/103),which was significantly higher than 76.47%(78/102)in the control group(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of serum inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.76%(8/103),which was no significant difference compared with 6.86%(7/102)in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Levofloxacin dispersible tablets combined with azithromycin tablets in the treatment of cervicitis could improve the level of inflammatory factors and increase clinical efficacy with good safety.
