摘  要:目的:分析授权教育理论下的多元化健康教育在急性心肌梗死(AMI)经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者术后康复中的应用效果.方法:选取2020年8月至2021年4月本院收治的AMI-PCI患者131例,根据护理方法不同分为观察组(n=67,常规护理+多元化健康教育)和对照组(n=64,常规护理).对比两组干预后康复效果、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、冠心病自我管理量表(CSMS)及不良反应发生情况.结果:观察组干预后有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组干预后生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05).观察组干预后抽烟、高盐高脂饮食、低血压、心律失常、作息不规律和精神紧张发生情况少于对照组(P<0.05).结论:授权教育理论下的多元化健康教育在AMI-PCI患者术后康复中的应用效果良好,有助于提高AMI-PCI患者疾病认知水平,改变不良健康行为,保障患者生活质量,提高自护能力,值得临床推广应用.Objective:To analyze the application effect of diversified health education under the empowering education theory in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:One hundred and thirty-one AMI-PCI patients admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to April 2021 were selected,and according to different nursing methods,they were divided into an observation group(n=67,routine nursing+diversified health education)and a control group(n=64,routine nursing only).The rehabilitation effect,activity living scale(ADL),coronary artery disease self-management scale(CSMS)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after PCI.Results:The effective rate of the observation group after PCI was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group after PCI was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After PCI,the CSMA scores and total scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<O.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group after PCI was less than that in the control group(P<O.O5).Conclusion:The application effect of diversified health education under empowerment education theory in postoperative rehabilitation of AMI-PCI patients is good,which is helpful to improve the disease cognition level of AMI-PCI patients,change unhealthy behaviors,and improve patients'quality of life and selfmanagement ability,and is worthy of clinical application.
