产教融合背景下农业院校农业工程类人才培养模式探索

摘　　要：随着产业结构的调整,以及经济发展的转型、升级,社会对农业工程类专业人才的要求越来越高。在此背景下,分析了当前地方高等农业院校农业工程类专业人才育人模式存在的问题和不足,探讨了产教融合培养应用型人才模式的必要性。从修订和完善培养方案、优化课程体系等方面入手,构建了农业院校农业工程类专业人才培养模式,为高校教学改革和服务社会主义新农村建设提供一定的参考价值。With the adjustment of industrial structure and the transformation and upgrading of economic development,the society has higher and higher requirements for agricultural engineering professionals.Under this background,this paper analyzes the problems and deficiencies of the current education mode of agricultural engineering professionals in local agricultural colleges and universities,and discusses the necessity of cultivating applied talents through the integration of production and education.Starting with revising and improving the training program and optimizing the curriculum system,this paper constructs the training mode of agricultural engineering professionals in agricultural colleges and universities,which provides a certain reference value for the teaching reform of colleges and universities and the construction of a new socialist countryside.
