摘 要:在无取向硅钢二次退火过程中施加磁场强度为0,0.010,0.015,0.020 T的脉冲磁场,研究脉冲磁场对无取向硅钢二次退火组织及织构的影响.实验结果表明:在二次退火过程中施加脉冲磁场,增加晶粒尺寸和有利织构,减少不利织构,提升磁性能.在频率为20 Hz,占空比为25%,磁场强度为0.010 T条件下效果最佳.试样的平均晶粒尺寸为37.18μm,较未施加磁场时增加15.90%;试样的有利织构{110}<001>强度为1.55,较未施加磁场时提高28.10%;不利织构{111}<112>强度为2.60,较未施加磁场降低17.69%;试样的铁损为5.208 W/kg,较未施加脉冲磁场时降低2.52%.During the secondary annealing of non-oriented silicon steel,a pulsed magnetic field with magnetic field intensity of 0,0.010,0.015 and 0.020 T was applied.The effect of pulsed magnetic field on the microstructure and texture of non-oriented silicon steel after secondary annealing was researched.The experimental result showed that grain size,favorable texture and magnetic properties were increased,and unfavorable texture was decreased during the secondary annealing.The result was the greatest in the pulsed magnetic field with the frequency of 20 Hz,duty cycle of 25%and magnetic field intensity of 0.010 T.The average grain size of the sample was 37.18μm,which was increased by 15.90%compared with that without magnetic field.Meanwhile,the strength of favorable texture{110}<001>of the sample was 1.55,which was increased by 28.10%compared with that without magnetic field;the strength of unfavorable texture{111}<112>was 2.60,which was reduced by 17.69%compared with that without magnetic field.The iron loss of the sample was 5.208 W/kg,which was 2.52%lower than that without the pulsed magnetic field.
