摘  要:针对焊缝超声相控阵检测全聚焦图谱中特征描述能力较弱的问题,提出一种基于敏感辨识特征集的缺陷表示方法.该方法首先结合焊缝缺陷特点和超声相控阵全聚焦图谱生成原理,从图谱颜色分布、缺陷形貌和区域纹理细节三方面构建特征描述集合;然后将传统缺陷识别中五分类模型转化为多个二分类模型,采用缺陷特征敏感度和特征相关性作为评价准则,构建缺陷的敏感辨识特征集.实验结果表明:敏感辨识特征集对缺陷特征的描述能力更强,有效降低了单一特征集中冗余特征的影响,具有良好的可区分性,有助于缺陷分类识别.In order to solve the problem of difficulty in identifying the defect types in the total focus images of ultrasonic phased array detection of weld seams,a defect representation method based on sensitive feature sets was proposed.First,the method combined the characteristics of weld defects and the generation principle of total focus images of ultrasonic phased array,and constructed feature description set from three aspects:atlas color distribution,defect morphology characteristics and regional texture details.Then,the five-classification model in the traditional defect recognition was converted into a plurality of two-classification models.The defect feature sensitivity and feature correlation were used as evaluation criteria to construct the sensitive identification feature set of defects.The experimental results show that the sensitive feature set has a stronger ability to describe the defect features and a high identification accuracy.
