论张謇研究的“说礼”与“说理”——从“张謇史学”到“张謇学”

摘　　要：对于张謇研究而言,学界已有成果偏重“说礼”,使“研究”与“纪念”混合。其发展路向之一当为转换话语体系,运用多学科理论,以提升学术成果的“说理”性。例如“企业家人力资本”“企业社会成本与社会资本”“中国式企业家的‘公倍数’与‘公约数’”等研究视角均有利于这一转换。只有加强“科学性”,才有利其“学科性”发展,才会使张謇研究进一步做大做强,发展成一门专业学科。新时期的“张謇学”当注重确立学科主体、更新研究方法、构建学科话语等方面的工作,俾其在一定程度上能够代表中国学术风格、体现中国学术特色,为“讲好中国故事”发挥相应的作用。As far as Zhang Jian’s research concerned,the previous achievements laid particular stress on“moral evaluation”,which mixed“research”with“commemoration”.One of the directions of Zhang Jian’s research is to transform the discourse system and apply multidisciplinary theory to enhance the“reasoning”of academic achievements.For example,research perspectives such as“entrepreneur human capital”,“enterprise social cost and social capital”,“Chinese entrepreneurs”‘common multiples’and‘common divisors’are conducive to this transformation.Only by strengthening its“scientific nature”,its“disciplinary nature”can be developed into a professional discipline.In the new era,“Zhang Jian Studies”should focus on establishing the subject of the discipline,updating research methods,and constructing the academic discourse,to represent Chinese academic style,reflect Chinese academic characteristics.
