摘 要:针对带并联电抗器的输电线路单相接地故障后自动重合于永久性故障造成系统二次冲击的问题,提出一种基于断开相并联电抗器电流拍频特性来进行瞬时性故障性质识别的方法。利用断路器跳闸后断开相并联电抗器电流二次电弧阶段的短数据窗来构造一个符合正弦特征的预测波形,瞬时性故障下采样波形与预测波形差异较大,其互相关系数在1~-1之间剧烈波动,永久性故障下则保持在1附近,因此利用电流波形互相关系数可实现对故障性质的可靠识别。该方法滤波要求低,原理简单,容易实现。PSCAD仿真结果表明,该故障性质判别方法可准确识别瞬时性故障,可有效提高重合闸成功率,改善系统运行的稳定性。Aiming at the problem that the transmission line with shunt reactors will automatically reclose to a permanent fault after a single-phase grounding fault and cause the secondary impact of the system,a new method is proposed to identify the nature of transient faults based on the current beat frequency characteristics of the disconnected-phase shunt reactor method.After the circuit breaker trips,the short data window of the secondary arc phase of the shunt reactor current is opened to construct a predicted waveform conforming to the sinusoidal characteristics.The sampled waveform and the predicted waveform under transient faults are quite different,and its correlation coefficient fluctuates drastically between 1 and-1,stay near 1 under permanent failure.Therefore,the cross-correlation coefficient of current waveforms can be used to reliably identify the nature of the fault.This method has low filtering requirements,simple principle and easy implementation.The PSCAD simulation results show that the fault nature identification method can accurately identify transient faults,effectively increase the success rate of reclosing,and improve the stability of system operation.
