摘 要:采用撞击流催化臭氧氧化-膜过滤工艺处理乳化油废水,对比了撞击流曝气与鼓泡曝气的臭氧传质性能,考察了间歇操作工艺下撞击流催化臭氧氧化对膜比通量(MSFt)及膜污染阻力的影响,以及连续操作工艺下撞击流催化臭氧氧化对膜污染的控制效果。结果表明:撞击流曝气下的臭氧传质效率高于鼓泡曝气;间歇操作工艺中,撞击流催化臭氧氧化-膜过滤同步工艺对膜污染减缓效果最好,废水的COD和TOC去除率分别为84.5%和81.3%;在连续操作工艺中,撞击流催化臭氧氧化-膜过滤工艺稳态阶段的MSFt明显高于单独膜过滤工艺时的情况,撞击流催化臭氧氧化-膜过滤工艺的实际应用效果更好。A process of impinging stream catalytic ozone oxidation-membrane filtration was adopted for emulsified oil wastewater treatment.The ozone mass transfer performances of impinging stream and bubble aeration were compared.The effects of impinging stream catalytic ozone oxidation on membrane specific flux(MSFt)and membrane fouling resistance in batch process,and the control effect of impinging stream catalytic ozone oxidation on membrane fouling under continuous process were investigated.The results show that:The mass transfer efficiency of ozone under impinging stream aeration is higher than that under bubble aeration;In the batch process,the synchronous process of impinging stream catalytic ozone oxidation-membrane filtration has the best effect on reducing membrane fouling with 84.5%and 81.3%of the removal rate of COD and TOC in wastewater,respectively.In the continuous process,the MSFt in the steady-state stage is significantly higher than that of the membrane filtration process alone.The practical application effect of impinging stream catalytic ozone oxidation-membrane filtration synchronous process is better.
