摘  要:钢卷涂镀产品广泛的用于社会生活的各个方面,涂镀产品的生产在国内各大钢铁企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,涂层的厚度是保证产品质量和提高产品防腐蚀能力非常重要的一个工艺参数,涂层测厚仪及其组合的系统通过无损方式精确测量涂层的厚度并与气刀系统组合成一个闭环的控制系统,精准控制涂层厚度。该文介绍了首钢京唐公司高强镀锌产线涂层测厚仪的工作原理并对系统组成进行说明,详细介绍了整个系统的测量参数以及系统校准方式。简述涂层测厚仪系统的通讯方式,并对使用过程中遇到的故障进行分析并给出故障处理方法。Steel coil coating products are widely used in all aspects of social life.The production of coating products is becoming more and more competitive among major domestic steel enterprises.The thickness of coating is a very important process parameter to ensure product quality and improve product corrosion resistance.The coating thickness gauge and its combined system accurately measure the thickness of coating in a nondestructive manner and form a closed-loop control system with the air knife system,Accurately control the coating thickness.This paper introduces the working principle of the coating thickness gauge in the high-strength galvanizing production line of Shougang Jingtang company,explains the system composition,and introduces in detail the measurement parameters and system calibration method of the whole system.This paper briefly describes the communication mode of the coating thickness gauge system,analyzes the faults encountered in the use process,and gives the fault handling methods.
