肛垫上提术治疗环形混合痔的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨肛垫上提术在环形混合痔患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年3月九江学院附属医院收治的需行手术治疗的60例环形混合痔患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为试验组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组予以传统外剥内扎术治疗,试验组实施肛垫上提术,两组均观察至术后1个月。比较两组的临床疗效、术后创面恢复情况(疼痛、出血、水肿及肛门狭窄程度评分、创面愈合时间)、并发症发生情况。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,术后创面疼痛、出血、水肿及肛门狭窄程度评分、术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛垫上提术应用于环形混合痔患者中疗效确切,能够有效减少术后创面出血,减轻局部疼痛、水肿,改善肛门狭窄,促进创面愈合,且并发症较少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application value of anal pad lift in patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From January 2020 to March 2022,a total of 60 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids who needed surgical treatment in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University were selected and divided into the experimental group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional external stripping and internal ligation,and the experimental group was treated with anal pad lift.Both groups were observed until 1 month after operation.The clinical efficacy,postoperative wound recovery(score of pain,bleeding,edema and anal stenosis,wound healing time)and complications were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the postoperative wound pain,bleeding,edema and anal stenosis scores and the total incidence of postoperative complications were lower than those in the control group,the wound healing time was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion Anal pad lift is effective in patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids.It can effectively reduce postoperative wound bleeding,relieve local pain and edema,improve anal stenosis,and promote wound healing.It has fewer complications and is worthy of clinical application.
