择时中药保留灌肠联合督脉灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨择时中药保留灌肠联合督脉灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果,评估其临床应用价值。方法选取2021年1月至11月江西中医药大学附属医院妇科收治的150例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为中药灌肠组、督脉灸组和综合组,每组各50例。三组患者分别接受择时中药灌肠、督脉灸和择时中药保留灌肠联合督脉灸,均治疗2个疗程。比较三组患者的临床症状评分及临床疗效。结果三组患者治疗后的临床症状评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);三组患者治疗前、治疗后的临床症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。综合组患者的临床总有效率高于中药灌肠组和督脉灸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0167)。结论择时中药保留灌肠联合督脉灸治疗慢性盆腔炎,可快速有效地清除和消退盆腔炎症,减轻临床症状,疗效显著,优于中药保留灌肠和督脉灸,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the timing selective traditional Chinese medicine retention enema plus Governor Vessel moxibustion in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and evaluate its clinical application value.Methods A total of 150 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the Department of Gynecology of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to November 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into traditional Chinese medicine enema group,Governor Vessel moxibustion group and comprehensive group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the three groups received time-selected traditional Chinese medicine enema,time-selected Governor Vessel moxibustion and time-selected traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with Governor Vessel moxibustion,respectively,for 2 courses of treatment.The clinical symptom score and clinical efficacy of the three groups were compared.Results The clinical symptom scores of the three groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the three groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine enema group and the Governor Vessel moxibustion group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0167).Conclusion The curative effect of the timing selective traditional Chinese medicine retention enema plus Governor Vessel moxibustion in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation disease are superior to those in traditional Chinese medicine retention enema or Governor Vessel moxibustion,which can quickly and effectively eliminate pelvic inflammation,improve the clinical symptoms and is worthy of being popularized.
