摘　　要：目的探讨可调节式手术床档在妇科手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月至2021年11月赣州市妇幼保健院的100例妇科手术患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为研究组(n=50)与对照组(n=50)。对照组采取常规体位管理,研究组在常规护理基础上应用可调节式手术床档。统计两组患者体位摆放用时及肩部疼痛、上肢垂落手术床边发生率、术中舒适度、医生满意度。结果研究组患者的体位摆放用时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者的肩部疼痛、上肢垂落手术床边发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者的术中舒适情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的医生满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妇科手术中应用可调节式手术床档,能缩短体位摆放用时,提升术中舒适度,并可在一定程度上减少肩部疼痛、上肢垂落手术床边发生率,医生满意度较高。Objective To explore the application effect of adjustable operating bed file in gynecological surgery patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with gynecological surgery in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group(n=50)and control group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group adopted routine posture management,and the study group applied adjustable operating table on the basis of routine nursing.The time of body position placement,shoulder pain,the incidence of upper limb falling to the bedside,intraoperative comfort and doctor satisfaction were counted.Results The body position time of the patients in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence rates of shoulder pain and upper limb drooping operation bedside between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative comfort of the patients in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in doctor satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of adjustable operating table in gynecological surgery can shorten the time of body position placement,improve the comfort during operation,reduce the incidence of shoulder pain and upper limb drooping to a certain extent,and the satisfaction of doctors is high.
