摘　　要：文章阐述了ICD-11信息化系统平台建设的进展情况,并绘制了工作应用流程图。ICD-11疾病分类编码系统界面分成病案信息和疾病诊断双编码两部分,把病案信息系统嵌入疾病诊断双编码系统中,实现了病案首页疾病分类双编码功能,为开展相关工作提供了新思路。This paper expounds the progress of ICD-11 information system platform construction and draws the application flow chart of pilot work.The ICD-11 disease classification and coding system interface is divided into two parts:medical record information and double coding of disease diagnosis.The medical record information system is embedded into the double coding system of disease diagnosis,realizing the double coding function of disease classification on the first page of the medical record,which provides a new idea for related work.
