摘  要:某锂盐回转窑炉厂采用CFB半干法脱硫技术,由于不同矿料入口SO_(2)浓度波动较大(500~4000 mg/Nm^(3)),初期运行床层不稳定,SO_(2)排放小时均值在20~500 mg/Nm^(3)之间波动。在优化设计中,调整了塔内的导流板、文丘里、返料口、喷枪等,从而提高了系统运行的稳定性。运行结果表明:在中高硫烟气条件下,出口SO_(2)排放小时均值在(20±5)mg/Nm^(3),达到该地区SO_(2)超低排放(浓度小时均值≤35 mg/Nm^(3))要求。A lithium salt rotary kiln plant adopts CFB semi-dry desulfurization technology.Due to the large fluctuation of SO_(2) concentration at different mineral aggregate inlets(500~4000 mg/Nm^(3)),the bed operates unstably at the beginning,and the hourly mean concentration of SO_(2) at the outlet fluctuates between 20 and 500 mg/Nm^(3).In the optimized design,the operation stability of the system was improved by adjusting the deflector,venturi,return inlet and spray gun.The operation results showed that when the inlet gas contained medium or high concentration of SO_(2),the hourly mean concentration of SO_(2) at the outlet was(20±5)mg/Nm^(3),which met the local standards for ultra-low emission(hourly mean concentration of SO_(2)≤35 mg/Nm^(3)).
