有机磷农药中毒致迟发性神经病康复治疗1例报告

摘　　要：有机磷农药是目前使用最广泛的杀虫剂之一。有机磷农药中毒在发展中国家较为常见。迟发性神经病是有机磷农药中毒的临床表现之一。本文报告1例表现为双下肢痉挛性瘫痪的有机磷农药中毒迟发性神经病患者的发病情况与康复治疗过程。Organophosphorus pesticides are one of the most widely used pesticides,and organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is particularly common in developing countries.Delayed polyneuropathy is one of the clinical manifestations of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.This article reports a case of organophosphate-induced delayed polyneuropathy with spastic paralysis of both lower extremities and the process of rehabilitation.
