摘　　要：对1例颅咽管瘤切除术后患者进行为期6周的综合康复诊疗,结果显示患者生命体征平稳,感染标志物水平下降,尿崩症、水电解质紊乱和内分泌紊乱症状得到改善,运动功能、认知功能、吞咽功能和日常生活活动能力得到提高。A patient after craniopharyngioma resection underwent comprehensive rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment for 6 weeks.The results suggested the vital signs,infection markers,diabetes insipidus,water and electrolyte disorder,and endocrine disorder were improved.More importantly,the movement disorder,cognitive impairment,dysphagia,and activity of daily life were also improved.
