摘　　要：目的:探讨一种建立在互联网医院基础上的新型用药监护模式,保障患者安全用药。方法:介绍互联网医院用药监护模块各项功能的设计思路,分析处方前置审核系统、非住院患者用药监护系统嵌入互联网医院系统内的应用效果。结果:互联网医院用药监护模式能够为线上就诊患者提供优质的药学服务。结论:建立互联网医院用药监护模式能保障患者安全、合理用药,提升药学服务质量,将药事服务延伸至患者用药终端。Objective:To explore the new-type medication monitoring mode based on internet hospitals to ensure the safe drug use of patients.Methods:The design idea of each function of internet hospital medication monitoring module was introduced and the effect of the application of the prescription pre-vetting system and the ambulatory medication monitoring system embedded in the Internet hospital system was analyzed.Results:The medication monitoring mode based on internet hospitals could provide patients with excellent pharmaceutical service online.Conclusion:The establishment of a medication monitoring mode based on internet hospitals can ensure the safety and rationale of medication,improve the quality of pharmaceutical care and extend the scope of pharmaceutical service.
