摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在MRCNS血流感染患者抗感染治疗中的作用。方法:临床药师基于循证医学和药代动力学特点,从初始治疗方案选择、给药方案调整、万古霉素和利奈唑胺严重不良反应监护等方面全程实施药学监护。结果:临床药师协助医师制定和调整抗菌药物治疗方案,及时发现并解决了药物不良反应,感染得到控制。结论:临床药师利用自身专业知识开展药学服务,协助医师优化给药方案,保障用药安全。Objective:To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the management of patients with methicillinresistant coagulase negative Staphylococcus(MRCNS)bloodstream infection.Methods:Based on evidence-based guideline and pharmacokinetics characteristics,clinical pharmacists implemented pharmaceutical care in the whole process from the aspects of initial treatment scheme selection,administration scheme adjustment,vancomycin and linezolid serious adverse reaction monitoring.Results:The clinical pharmacist assisted the doctor in formulating and adjusting the antimicrobial treatment plan,found and solved the adverse drug reactions in time,which made the infection be controlled.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists can use their professional knowledge to carry out pharmaceutical care and assist doctors in optimizing the administration plan so as to ensure the safety of medication.
