摘  要:以酿造厂糖化车间麦汁冷却泵的泵轴作为研究对象,对泵轴进行三维建模,并基于ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对泵轴进行模态分析。获得了泵轴各阶的固有频率和临界转速,得出了泵轴在转动时能有效避开共振区、不会发生“共振现象”的结论。验证了麦汁冷却泵泵轴的结构设计满足使用要求,并为其他轴系部件提供了分析参考依据。Taking the pump shaft of the wort cooling pump in the brewery saccharification workshop as the research object,the three-dimensional modeling of the pump shaft is firstly carried out,and then the modal analysis of the pump shaft is carried out based on the finite element software of ANSYS Workbench,the inherent frequency and critical speed of each order of the pump shaft are obtained.The conclusion is that the pump shaft can effectively avoid the resonance interval and will not occur"resonance phenomenon"when it rotates,and it is also verified that the structural design of the pump shaft of the wort cooling pump satisfies the requirements,and provide analysis reference for other shafting components.
