摘  要:在我国碳中和重大战略背景下,绿色低碳发展已经成为钢铁行业未来的目标,完成炼铁工业的绿色低碳转型升级对我国钢铁行业的发展及“双碳”战略的实施至关重要。详细分析了近年来高炉炼铁工艺的指标变化,并从坚持精料方针、改进高炉操作降低燃料比、追求高炉长寿、环保及二次资源综合利用等方面,对高炉炼铁实现绿色低碳的路径进行了阐述。同时概述了高炉富氢碳循环、氢基直接还原炼铁,以及氢基熔融还原炼铁等新工艺的发展情况,认为开发不同以富氢冶金为基础的低碳炼铁技术,对我国中长期炼铁工业的发展具有重要意义。Under the strategy of carbon neutrality,the steel industry targets at the green and low-carbon development.Green and low-carbon transformation and upgrading of the iron-making industry is crucial to the development of the domestic stel industry and the fulillment of the"Carbon Peaking and Carbon neutrality"strategy.It is analyzed in the paper the indicators of BF ironmaking changed in recent years,and the green and low carbon development route of BF ironmaking is expounded from the aspects of policy of using ore concentrate,improvement of furnace operation system,reduction of fuel rate,achievement of furnace long campaign,environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of secondary resources.In addition,the development of some new processes is summarized,such as carbon recycling and hydrogen-enriched BF ironmaking,hydrogen-based direct reduction ironmaking,and hydrogen-based smelting reduction ironmaking.It is believed that the development of different low carbon ironmaking technologies on the ground of hydrogen-based metallurgy concept is significant for the medium and long term development of domestic ironmaking industry.
