摘 要:基于太钢5号高炉炉缸破损调查,简要阐述了炭砖破损的主要原因,详细阐述了5号高炉大修炉缸采用的长寿技术。在构建大高炉炉缸安防长寿体系、提升炉缸热流强度基准等理念的支撑下,炉缸采用了冷却强度调控、石墨环+大块炭砖+陶瓷杯组合结构、复合强化炉底封板、捣打料热阻控制、炉缸侵蚀模型等技术。生产效果表明,采用以上新技术后,5号高炉炉缸内衬实际温度符合预期,炉况正常,各项生产指标稳定。It is expound the main reasons of carbon brick damage occurred in Taiyuan Steel No.5 BF hearth based on a damage investigation,followed by a detailed introduction about the long campaign technology adopted in the hearth revamping.Following the concepts of building safety and protection long campaign system for the large-sized BF and upgrading the heat flow intensity control of the hearth,a series technologies are applied,including cooling intensity control,combined lining structure of graphite ring+large carbon brick+ceramic cup,composite reinforced bottom base plate,thermal resistance control of ramming material,hearth erosion model,etc.The technology application in production prove that these technologies enable the the furnace condition to restore normal,the actual temperature of the inner lining reaches the expected one and various production indicators are stable.
