摘 要:汉钢2号高炉大修,炉缸采用了“大块炭砖+高导热小块石墨砖+整体浇注”新结构,其特点是沿炉缸侧壁在大块炭砖冷面和冷却壁热面之间砌1层小块石墨砖,相当于“石墨安全墙”,其目的是利用石墨砖的导热性能优势,降低炭砖热面温度,减缓炭砖侵蚀。通过采取严格的砌筑工艺技术标准和K型铠装柔性热电偶预填埋技术保证砌筑质量,以确保“石墨安全墙”高效导热作用的发挥。2号高炉2021年4月投产后炉况顺行,炉缸侧壁区域温度稳定。Hanzhong Steel adopts new structure of hearth lining which is composed of"large carbon bricks+integrally cast small graphite bricks of high thermal conductivity"while revamping its No.2 BF,in which a layer of small graphite bricks is built between the cold surface of the large carbon bricks and the hot surface of the cooling stave along the sidewall of the hearth,functioning as a"graphite safety wall".Application of this structure of hearth lining aims at taking the advantage of the excellent thermal conductivity of graphite bricks to reduce the hot surface temperature of carbon bricks and slow down the erosion of carbon bricks.The masonry quality is guaranteed by strictly implementing the masonry technique and embedding technique of K-type armored flexible thermocouple to ensure the efficient thermal conductivity of the"graphite safety wall".Since startup in April 2021,No.2 BF keeps smooth running and stable temperature at side wall area of the hearth.
