摘　　要：对通才1号高炉提高煤比的措施进行了总结。1号高炉投产后,为有效降低炼铁成本,开展了提高煤比技术攻关,通过采取改善原燃料质量、改善炉缸工作状态、提高煤粉燃烧率及强化外围保障等措施,保持送风温度在1200℃以上,煤粉粒度<200目的比例达到87%以上,富氧率由4.27%提高到8.25%,使煤比从143.46kg/t提高到197.72kg/t,在煤比得到大幅提高的同时,也取得了较好的技术经济指标。The experience of increasing the coal rate in Tongcai No.1 BF is summarized.After startup,technical research is developed on increasing the coal rate with the aim of reducing the cost of ironmaking production.By controlling the quality of raw materials and fuels,improving the working condition of the hearth,increasing the combustion rate of pulverized coal,and strengthening peripheral guarantee,the blasting temperature is kept above 1200℃,over 87%of pulverized coal has particle size<200 mesh,the oxygen enrichment rate goes up from 4.27%to 8.25%,and the coal rate rises from 143.46kg/t to 197.72kg/t.At the same time,the furnace also achieves ideal technical and economic indicators.
