摘　　要：通过调研山西省仿古砖生产现状,结合典型仿古砖测试分析的数据,在调研资料总结的基础上,提出山西省仿古砖发展的一点建议。调研表明:山西省仿古砖目前存在产能分散、生产工艺落后、质量管控不足等缺陷,测试数据表现出目前仿古砖在强度、体积密度和饱和系数等方面存在不足,可以通过合理规划、整合现存企业、改造升级生产工艺、加强企业质量内控等措施提高产品质量和生产效率。Through the investigation of the production status of antique bricks in Shanxi Province,combined with the data of typical antique brick testing and analysis,on the basis of the summary of the research data,a little suggestion for the development of antique bricks in Shanxi Province is put forward.The survey shows that the antique bricks in Shanxi Province currently have defects such as dispersed production capacity,backward production technology,and insufficient quality control,and the test data show that the current antique bricks have deficiencies in strength,bulk density and coefficient of water saturation,and can improve product quality and production efficiency through reasonable planning,integration of existing enterprises,transformation and upgrading of production processes,and strengthening internal quality control of enterprises.
