摘  要:针对当前玻璃覆膜机在覆膜过程中存在的自动化程度、生产效率、加工精度低以及适应性差等问题,设计了一款能对不同尺寸、不同规格的玻璃进行双面覆膜的玻璃覆膜机。该覆膜机主要由自动上片机械手、自动玻璃覆膜装置、自动下片机械手以及控制系统组成,通过PLC控制实现整机的机械部件和电气部件的全自动化运动,从而提升玻璃覆膜加工效率。实际应用表明:覆膜速度从原有的每分钟2~3米提升至每分钟4~9米,薄膜切割速度提高50%,实现了双面精确可控切割,节约人力成本80%,节约厂房占地面积50%。Aiming at the low automation, low production efficiency, low processing accuracy and poor adaptability of the current glass coating machine, a new kind of machine which can coat two sides of different sizes of glass is designed. The machine is mainly composed of an automatic loading manipulator, an automatic glass coating device, an automatic unloading manipulator and a control system. Through PLC control, the automatic movement of the mechanical and electrical parts of the whole machine is realized, so as to improve the glass coating processing efficiency. Practical application shows that the speed of coating is increased from 2~3 m per minute to 4~9 m per minute, the cutting speed is increased by 50%, double-sided precisely controllable cutting is realized, labor cost is saved by 80%, plant area is saved by 50%.
