摘  要:为提高天然染料染色织物的功能性并实现同浴染整,文章采用水溶性、反应性抗紫外剂改性的紫草素和未改性紫草素对蚕丝织物进行染色,研究了染浴pH值对织物染色性能及抗紫外性能的影响,探究了部分织物的抗菌性能。结果表明,紫草素及改性紫草素染色织物的色深值和颜色特征值受染浴pH值影响,染色织物均呈现一系列由紫红色至蓝紫色色光。当染浴pH值为9.0时,改性前、后紫草素染色织物的K/S值均较高,改性紫草素染色织物的耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度不低于改性前,抗紫外性能和抗菌性能均高于改性前。With the rapid development of modern industry,vegetable dyes were replaced by synthetic dyes for a time.However,with the increasing awareness of environmental protection and people’s concern for their health,the adverse effects of some synthetic dyes have been paid more and more attention.Natural dyes have attracted people’s attention because of their soft color,non-toxicity and harmlessness,good environmental compatibility,biodegradability,and non-stimulation to the human body.Some natural dyes have additional functions such as antibiosis,UV protection,and anti-oxidation,which can enhance the added value of dyeing products.Therefore,natural dyes have been widely used in the fields of functional textiles and green dyeing and finishing.Although the ozone hole in the atmosphere has been recovered in recent years,the ultraviolet radiation reaching the ground is still not negligible.A moderate amount of ultraviolet radiation is good for human health,but prolonged exposure can cause various skin diseases.Clothing can help protect people from UV rays,but thin clothing fabrics which people wear in summer are less protective against UV rays.Therefore,the UV resistance property of fabric wear in summer is particularly important.Silk fabrics,owing to their natural and gentle luster,and smooth and soft texture,are very popular in summer.Nevertheless,because the silk fabric is thin and light,the function of defending against ultraviolet rays is weak.Besides,silk fabrics are easy to breed bacteria,and even produce a peculiar smell because of their hygroscopicity and biocompatibility.These weaknesses exert a negative impact on the wear performance of silk fabrics,so their applications are limited.The UV-resistant finishing agent can improve the anti-ultraviolet property of the fabric,but the finishing agent is easy to be removed from the fiber surface,and the function is not long-lasting.Moreover,dyeing and finishing are carried out step by step with high energy consumption,a large amount of waste liquid,and a complex tech
