增塑剂对PVC片材性能的影响研究

摘　　要：研究了不同增塑剂对PVC片材拉伸性能、撕裂性能、增塑剂迁移率、低温弯折性的影响。结果表明:TOTM部分替代主增塑剂(DINP)后,制得的PVC片材拉伸、撕裂性能均有提升,增塑剂迁移率减小;再添加DOA和液体橡胶增塑,制得的PVC片材力学性能和耐低温性能均有所提升,耐盐水迁移性提高;DOA复配可提高PVC片材的耐低温性能。The effects of different plasticizers on the tensile strength,tearing property,plasticizer mobility and low-temperature bending property of PVC sheets are studied in this article.The results show that the tensile and tear properties of PVC sheets are improved and the mobility of plasticizer is decreased after the main plasticizer(DINP)is partially replaced by TOTM;by adding DOA and liquid rubber plasticization,the mechanical properties and low temperature resistance of the obtained PVC sheets are improved,and the salt water migration resistance is improved;DOA compound can improve the low temperature resistance of PVC sheets.
