摘　　要：郑州某中学地下室车库底板在“7·20”特大暴雨后防水层彻底失效,渗漏水严重。将起鼓细石混凝土找平层凿除后重新浇注,增设防水层和排水板,四周设置排水沟,解决了该车库底板渗漏问题。此防排结合的方案,排水板在水压较大时,及时将水排出,避免因水压过大顶起保护层,造成保护层起鼓开裂;水压较小时以防为主,2.0 mm厚橡胶沥青防水涂料+2.0 mm厚自粘改性沥青防水卷材组成的涂卷复合防水层,为底板提供持久有效的防水保护。The waterproofing layer of the basement garage floor of a middle school in Zhengzhou completely failed after the“7.20”rainstorm,and the leakage was serious.The leveling layer of fine aggregate concrete with bulge is chiseled out and then poured again.Then waterproofing layer and drainage board are added,and drainage ditches are set around,so the leakage problem of the garage floor is solved.With this scheme of waterproofing and drainage,when the water pressure is high,the drainage board will discharge the water in time to avoid bulge and crack of the protective layer due to excessive water pressure;when the water pressure is low,waterproofing is the main tactic,of which a composite waterproofing layer of 2 mm thick rubberized waterproofing coating and self-adhesive modified bitumen waterproofing membrane of 2.0 mm thickness is adopted.It provides durable and effective waterproofing protection for the basement floor.
