摘  要:该文对某型摩擦焊振动液压系统作了一定程度的介绍。为满足用户现场用电功率及场地空间的要求,采用蓄能器储能供油的形式替代液压泵直接供油,极大地降低了设备的运行功率,也减小了设备的安装空间,完成了某型摩擦焊液压设备小型化、集成化优化设计,得到用户好评。This paper introduces a certain type of vibration hydraulic system for friction welding.In order to meet the requirements of the user s on-site power consumption and site space,the accumulator is used to store energy and supply oil instead of the hydraulic pump to supply oil directly,which greatly reduces the operating power of the equipment and also reduces the installation space of the equipment.The miniaturization and integration design of a certain type of friction welding hydraulic equipment has been completed,which has been praised by users.
