摘  要:本文对丰宝仪测试织物抗皱性的测试性能进行了研究。选取了11种中浅色质地均匀的不同纤维常见织物,通过加湿器将其加湿到40%左右的回潮率,得到11种加湿后的织物,共22种实验用织物。采用丰宝仪和YG541E型全自动激光织物折皱弹性回复仪分别测试这22种织物的抗皱性,通过攥握织物使其折皱并对折皱状态的织物在标准光源条件下进行拍照。通过计算和比较两种仪器测试结果的变异系数,发现丰宝仪的测试结果重复性好;对两种仪器测试结果进行相关分析,发现两者有中等程度的正相关;通过对加湿处理前后织物抗皱性测试结果的配对样本t检验和将两种仪器的测试结果与织物折皱的照片进行对比分析,发现丰宝仪测试结果的正确性不及YG541E型全自动激光织物折皱弹性回复仪。This paper studies the performance of PhabrOmeter in the fabric crease resistance test.Eleven kinds of common fabrics with different fibers of medium light color and uniform texture were selected.These fabrics were humidified to about 40%moisture regain rate by the humidifier,and 11 kinds of humidified fabrics were obtained,and there were totally 22 kinds of fabrics for experiments.PhabrOmeter and YG541E automatic laser fabric crease elastic recovery instrument were used to test the crease resistance of these 22 kinds of fabrics re-spectively.Under the standard light source condition,photos were taken of the fabrics in the crease state which were made by clutching.By calculating and comparing the coefficients of variation of the test results of the two instruments,it was found that the test results of PhabrOmeter had good repeatability.By carrying out correlation analysis on the test results of the two instruments,it was found that there was a moderate positive correlation between them.Combined with the T-test analysis results of the paired samples of fabric wrinkle recovery before and after humidification treatment and the test results of two instruments and the photos of fabric creases,it was found that the correctness of the test result with PhabrOmeter was not as good as YG541E automatic laser fabric crease elastic recovery instrument.
