摘　　要：围绕法治救国的时代主题,阮毅成以《时代公论》等刊物为阵地,对法律与事实脱节、中国法治前途、中国本位法文化建设、法律学研究的科学化、法律教育与社会契合等重大问题进行了深入研究。他指出了当时中国法律与事实存在脱节的现实,并就如何推进中国本位法律文化建设、如何确保法律学研究的科学化以及如何促进法律人才培养与社会需求的结合等问题提出了许多真知灼见。尽管近代中国法治建设并未取得预期成效,阮毅成的“法律之问”,如法治建设应“锚定”服务社会现实目标、应聚焦法律实践效能之提升以及关切法意与民情平衡等,仍对中国当下的法治建设具有一定借鉴意义。Focusing on the theme of the era of saving the nation by law-based governance, Ruan Yicheng conducted profound research on such major issues as the disconnection between law and facts, the future of China’s law-based governance, the China-based legal cultural construction, the scientific research of law, and the compatibility between legal education and society, which were published on the journal of Public Opinion of the Era. He pointed out the reality that there was a disconnect between Chinese law and facts at that time, and put forward many insights on how to promote the construction of China based legal culture, how to ensure the scientific research of law, and how to promote the combination of legal talent training and social needs. Although the construction of the law-based governance in modern China did not achieve the expected results, Ruan Yicheng’s “Question of Law” still has some reference significance for the current construction of the law-based governance in China. For example, the construction of the law-based governance should anchor the goal of serving the reality of society, focus on the improvement of the practical effectiveness of law, and concern about the balance between legal will and people’s feelings.
