摘 要:为打破国外技术封锁,满足对于混频器等非线性器件相位特性测试所采用的SMC+Phase方法过程中的稳定相位校准要求,基于国产矢量网络分析仪研究设计了一款具有自主知识产权的梳状波发生器。该梳状波发生器以STM32单片机为核心处理器,控制整个器件工作,并通过USB模块实现器件与矢量网络分析仪的数据交互。同时该梳状波发生器支持为扩展USB总线在测试仪器领域应用而制定的USB-TMC协议标准,使之具有良好的通用性,并简化了软件的开发流程。为方便产品发布后可以通过预留的通信接口对产品中的固件程序进行更新升级,支持IAP功能。通过实验测试,输出信号脉宽均值接近26 ps,结果表明该设备能实现稳定通信和提供准确的相位参考。In order to break the technical blockade abroad and meet the requirements of stable phase calibration in the process of the application of SMC+Phase method used for testing the phase characteristics of nonlinear devices such as mixers, a comb wave generator with independent intellectual property rights is designed based on the domestic vector network analyzer. The comb wave generator takes STM32 microcomputer as the core processor, controls the whole device, and realizes data interaction between the device and the vector network analyzer through USB module. At the same time, the comb wave generator supports the USB-TMC protocol standard established to extend the application of USB bus in the field of test instruments, which makes it versatile and simplifies the software development process. For the convenience of updating and upgrading the firmware program in the product through the reserved communication interface after the product is released, the IAP function is supported. Results of the experimental test show that the average pulse width of the output signal is close to 26 ps, indicating that the device can realize stable communication and provide accurate phase reference.
