摘 要:针对现有车载式充装置存在的大量电解电容影响变换器使用寿命的现象,提出了一种新型单级AC-DC高频隔离式无电解电容变换器。所提单级拓扑输入端无二极管整流桥,同时直流母线不存在电解电容。所提变换器拓扑单元中的两个全桥单元不仅可以实现功率因数矫正,而且可充当隔离式DC-DC变换器的初级侧电路。该结构可有效降低磁化电流的大小,从而减小变压器体积和减少多余的磁芯损耗。另外,该变换器可实现开关ZVS导通和ZCS关断。最后,通过搭建一台3 kW的实验样机,以验证所提变换器的有效性和可行性。A novel single-stage AC-DC high-frequency isolated electrolytic capacitor-free converter is proposed for the existing vehicle-mounted charging devices, which have a large number of electrolytic capacitors that affect the service life of the converter. The proposed single-stage structure does not have a diode bridge at the input stage and electrolytic capacitor at the DC-link. The two single-phase full-bridge converters play double roles as both AC-DC converter for PFC and the primary-side circuit of the isolated DC-DC converter. This structure effectively reduces the magnitude of the magnetisation current, thereby reducing the size and excess core losses. Also, the proposed converter can achieve ZVS turn on of switches and ZCS turn off of diodes. A 3-kW prototype of the proposed converter is built and tested to verify the effectiveness and validity of the operation of the proposed converter.
