摘 要:采用废橡胶裂解炭黑作为补强剂,通过对比补强前后天然橡胶的性能变化,研究了粒径、结构度、交联度、分散性对裂解炭黑补强性能的影响。结果表明,国标炭黑在强度方面明显高于裂解炭黑,N220炭黑明显高于N660;裂解炭黑粒径越小,补强效果越高;一段混炼时几种分散剂没有带来明显补强效果,二段混炼后硬脂酸锌对撕裂强度带来明显的增益效果。Using waste rubber pyrolysis carbon black as a reinforcing agent to reinforce natural rubber,the effects of particle size,structure,cross-linking,dispersibility on the reinforcing properties of pyrolysis carbon black were studied by comparing the performance changes of natural rubber before and after reinforcement.The results showed that the strength of national standard carbon black was significantly higher than the pyrolysis carbon black,N220 carbon black was significantly higher than N660;the pyrolysis carbon black with smaller particle size had the higher the reinforcing effect.During the first-stage mixing,several dispersants did not bring obvious reinforcing effect,after the second-stage mixing,the stearic acid had obvious positive effect on the tear strength.
