摘  要:以热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)为基材,高强度涤纶丝加包芯钢丝材料为骨架层,采用双经双纬的缠绕工艺,通过内外分步复合共挤成型技术,研制了抗划伤可扁平聚氨酯软管。结果表明,所研制的成品软管满足性能要求,且抗划伤性能得到较大提高。Using the thermoplastic polyurethane as matrix,the high strength polyester silk and core-clad steel wire as skeleton layer,and the winding technology of the double-warp and double-weft was adopted,the scratch-resistant and collapsible polyurethane hose was developed by the inner and outer step composite extrusion molding process.The results showed that the developed hose met the performance requirements,and the scratch resistance was greatly improved.
