摘　　要：从机车用总风软管总成的结构、性能、生产工艺控制以及使用工况等方面对外胶层脱层故障进行了原因分析,并提出了预防与解决措施;同时分析了此种故障对产品使用的影响。The delamination failure of the cover rubber layer from the aspects of the structure,performance and production process control of the main air hose assembly was analyzed,and the prevention measures and solutious were put forward.At the same time,the influence of this fault on the use of the product was analyzed.
