铌酸锂多晶粉的制备工艺研究

摘  要:以高纯五氧化二铌和高纯碳酸锂为原料,经配比混料、装料、烧结制备铌酸锂多晶粉,并通过组分的减量率反应制备工艺的控制情况。结果表明,烧结温度的提高和保温时间的延长,对增大铌酸锂多晶粉的粒度有促进作用。经790~850℃×3.5 h和1050~1100℃×4 h两段烧结制备的铌酸锂多晶粉粒度分布均匀,D50为18.10μm,适用于铌酸锂单晶生产。LiNbOpolycrystal powder was prepared from high-purity niobium pentoxide and high-purity lithium carbonate by proportionally mixing,charging and sintering.And the control of the preparation process was reflected by the decrement rate of the components.The results show that the increase of sintering temperature and holding time can promote the increase of particle size of LiNbOpolycrystal powder.The particle size distribution of LiNbOpolycrystal powder prepared by two-stage sintering of 790~850℃×3.5 h and 1050~1100℃×4 h is uniform with D50 of 18.10μm,which is suitable for LiNbOsingle crystal production.
