网络“圈层化”背景下高校德性培育的困境与对策

摘　　要：网络圈层的价值导向与德性培育价值要求之间、网络圈层高度主体性与德性培育高度主导性之间、网络圈层激化感性冲动与德性培育强调理性制约之间的矛盾使德性培育陷入困境。以大学生群体社会理想与社会现实、个性追求与群体渴求、追求私人空间和公共空间同质化之间的矛盾为切入点,以主流价值观传承、主体性人格培育和情感调适与补偿为着力点,以网络圈层的实践结构、集聚特点和认同泛化为突破点,是面对网络“圈层化”背景下德性培育困境的有效对策。There is the contradiction between the value orientation of the network circle and the value requirements of virtue cultivation,the contradiction between the high subjectivity of the network circle and the high dominance of virtue cultivation and the contradiction between the intensified sensual impulse of the network circle and emphasis on rational constraints of virtue cultivation,which makes virtue cultivation into a dilemma.The paper puts forward an effective countermeasure to face the dilemma of virtue cultivation under the background of spatial circle of network.It takes the contradiction between college students group social ideal and social reality,individual pursuit and group desire,and the pursuit of homogeneity of private space and public space as the starting point.It takes the practice structure,aggregation characteristics and generalization of identity of the network circles as the breakthrough point,and focuses on the transmission of mainstream values,cultivation of subjective personality and emotional adjustment and compensation.
