摘　　要：高校体育志愿服务是高校实践育人的重要途径,体育志愿服务聚焦高校社会实践是高校“三全育人”的现实需要,因此高校体育志愿服务实践育人体系与建构已经成为必然的趋势。以育人性、协同性、主体性、特色性为基本原则,以系统论、需要层次理论、跨文化传播理论为理论基础,通过招募与遴选、培训与演练、保障与激励、监督与评价环节构建高校体育志愿服务实践育人体系。Sports volunteer service in colleges and universities is an important way to educate people in colleges and universities.The focus of sports volunteer service on social practice in colleges and universities is the practical need of“three comprehensive education”in colleges and universities.Therefore,the cultivation system and construction of college sports volunteer service practice has become an inevitable trend.Based on the basic principles of educating human nature,synergy,subjectivity and distinctiveness,and using the system theory,the theory of the level of needs,and the theory of cross-cultural communication,through recruitment and selection,training and drill,guarantee and incentive,supervision and evaluation,the college sports volunteer service practice education system is constructed.
