摘　　要：目的 分析瘢痕部位妊娠合并胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤的诊治经过,为该病的治疗提供新的思路。方法 报道西安交通大学第一附属医院妇产科2019年12月23日接诊的1例经子宫局部病灶切除术及化疗后预后良好、且保留生育功能的瘢痕部位妊娠合并胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤患者病例,并结合中外相关文献,探讨该病的治疗方法。结果 该患者治疗期间一般情况良好,治疗后血清β人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)呈阴性,盆腔超声无明显异常,随访6个月无不适主诉。结论 对于要求保留生育功能的瘢痕部位妊娠合并胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤的患者,可根据其病情采取子宫局部病灶切除术联合EMA-CO化疗治疗,并进行严格随访。Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment process of cesarean scar pregnancy complicated with placental site trophoblastic tumor, so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of this disease.Methods A case of cesarean scar pregnancy complicated with placental site trophoblastic tumor who visited in the department of obstetrics and gynecology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi′an Jiaotong University on December 23,2019 was reported.The prognosis after resection of local uterine lesions and chemotherapy was satisfied and the reproductive function was preserved.Combined with related literature worldwide, the treatment of the disease was discussed.Results The general condition of the patient was good during the treatment.The serum β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG) and pelvic ultrasound were negative, and there was no complaint during the 6-month follow-up.Conclusion For patients with placental site trophoblastic tumor at the cesarean scar requiring the preservation of reproductive function, local hysterectomy combined with EMA-CO chemotherapy can be taken according to their condition, and strict follow-up should be carried out.
